Bah, I say! I had hoped to be able to go over to Tammy's house-sitting house to spend some time with her before going home to our own dog but I found a meeting request for this evening between 17:30 and 18:30. That REALLY bites considering I start work at 07:20. Long day today then. No rest for the wicked, I guess. It's the last night I'll be spending at home alone though, I'll be picking her up tomorrow afternoon on my way back from work :)
Yesterday on my way home I saw something you don't see everyday; people walking a HUGE pig in one of the fanciest neighbourhoods of The Hague. They also had a dog, which was about the same size as the pig. The pig wasn't even on a leash but just sort of followed them as they walked along the pavement. Apparently they're house trained in a matter of hours or days, rather than weeks as is the case with most dogs. They're also a lot more intelligent, according to some people (probably pig owners). It'd be funny to watch a pig play fetch, though.
