I woke up this morning thinking it was 7AM. I thought "Oh, not bad considering I went to bed at 10PM." I discovered that it was actually 6AM. Yup, it's official, summer time is no more. I did notice something kind of funny in my IRC logs:

Notice the timewarp at 02:59? I thought it was kind of funny. If you think it's geeky, you're probably right.

Tomorrow is my 30th birthday and I have no idea what I want yet. I'd like to get a beefier MP3 player. So far I've been looking at the Sony NH700, the Creative Zen Touch and the Apple iPod Mini. They're all too expensive though, so I'll most likely end up getting something completely different. One is allowed to dream, right?
I took the picture on the left last night of Spencer and Salem. They were cuddled up together in the bedroom on top of Bailey's cage. They really like that spot and seem to be spending a lot of time there. We're planning to put more of that kind of spot around the house for that cats to sleep on.
