As reported by Tammy in her blog, my mum was here last week. We got soooo much done and the living room and hall are looking awesome. We only have a few door frames left to do and then the last bits of pink are gone. We had a great time when she was here. It'll be great to see her again.
Today was the first day of going back to work. It didn't suck quite as bad as I thought it would and I only had 84 unread emails. Not bad for 2.5 weeks off.
I have surprisingly little to say, there were no funny articles in the newspaper this morning. I hope my friend Chris, who got married on Friday, is having a great time on his honeymoon, congrats, man! It was a great day to get married, too, the date was 20/05/2005, how cool is that? Speaking of marriage; Tammy and I have now been married for 5 years. It was on 12 May 2000 that we tied the knot. 5 years have flown by and I can't wait for the next 5.
